 There are many misconceptions about how to cure ADD or what ADD even is. ADD (officially AD/HD – Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurobehavioral disorder that is generally recognized as a genuine issue among many children and adults. It is often referred to as a disease. You may have heard all about the negative side effects and how the lack of concentration can really interfere with daily routines, school, etc. In fact, many people are diagnosed quite often. It has become a sort of main stream disorder if you will. The definition of what ADD is has become so broad that many professionals can pretty much say that any hyperactivity or inattention could be attributed to ADD.

To cure ADD, they prescribe harmful prescriptions that sometimes have side effects that are worse than the disorder itself. It becomes quite ridiculous for a disorder that can be relatively mild. Many blow it out of proportion nowadays just to be able to increase the doctor visits, sign more prescriptions and, frankly, get more money from honest people that don’t know any better. There are alternative, natural ways to cure ADD.

There are methods and techniques that many of us can do right at home to overcome this disorder. Don’t let the doctors tell you there is no other way, before you agree to harsh prescriptions, try a natural alternative. More importantly, it is best to ensure that you even have ADD. Many are just caught in the fear mongering of the media. Hopefully I can help you guys accomplish just that with the start of this blog.
